CULTURAL TRANSFORMATION AND VALUES ALIGNMENT

The first step is to define desired cultural attributes, conduct assessments, and implement interventions to drive cultural change. 


Once an organization’s values are clearly defined: 


  1. Integrate into recruitment and selection. 
  2. Provide leadership development to model values throughout the organization. 
  3. Embed the values into practices including decision making frameworks, customer service protocols and internal policies. 
  4. Incorporate performance-based criteria into goal settings and assessments.
